I know I should probably be posting something about Thanksgiving today, but I spotted these Picket Fence Painted Fish over at Cottage Coastal Store and become instantly taken by them.

I love the color combinations and the fact that they are made from salvaged picket fence posts. These go on the top of my list of smile inducing products. You just can’t help but be happy when looking at them. They come in two collections–the coastal collection above and the islander collection below.

I think they would make a fabulous holiday gift for the person or persons in your life who love the shore!

And while you have to buy a minimum of a set of three of them, I think you could easily buy a set of six and split it up so that six of your loved ones get a special fish that suits their style. Because once one person sees one, you know everyone else is going to want one too! Just order them soon because they do have a two-week lead time.
